Our Ceramic Slurry Pre-formed Bends are designed with the main aim of extended abrasion resistance and maximum wear life.

We were the first to manufacture ceramic hoses in the Australian market in 2008 and our ceramic pre-formed bends are reliable and ultra-durable due to the innovative use of superior ceramic wear materials and reinforcing materials. Our flexible ceramic pre-formed bends can be designed for most applications based on your needs.

Similar to Straight Ceramic Hoses, our pre-formed ceramic bends are hand built on curved tooling forming a pre-formed ceramic bend. For any curved or bend pipe section you have, we have the experience to convert a steel bend section to a longer lasting Ceramic pre-formed hose bend section. We can even increase the ceramic liner thicknesses on the outer arc to give you longer life.

Various different ceramic tile composites and thicknesses can be used to achieve the required wear life. From suction or delivery solutions to diameter to degree/radius to pressure rating to specialized internal ceramic liners and flange connections, we have years of experience to work with you to find your best solution.
