Rubber FLEXI-WEAR™ Hoses
Straight Rubber FLEXI-WEAR™ Hoses – Our Rubber Slurry FLEXI-WEAR™ Hoses are reliable and ultra-durable due to the innovative use of modern wear liners, superior rubber and reinforcing materials. Our flexible rubber can be designed for most applications based on your needs.
Rubber Bends – Similar to Straight Rubber Hoses, our pre-formed bends are hand built on curved tooling forming a pre-formed Rubber Bend.
Rubber Reducers – From suction or delivery reducer hose solutions to length to pressure ratings to specialised internal rubber liners and flange connections.
Ceramic FLEXI-WEAR™ Hoses
Straight Ceramic FLEXI-WEAR™ Hoses – Our Ceramic Slurry Hoses are designed with the main aim of extended abrasion resistance and maximum wear life.
Ceramic Bends – Our flexible ceramic pre-formed bends can be designed for most applications based on your needs. Similar to Straight Ceramic Hoses, our pre-formed ceramic bends are hand built on curved tooling forming a pre-formed ceramic bend.
Ceramic Reducers – Our flexible ceramic reducer hoses can be designed for most applications based on your needs. Where extended wear life is required that cannot be achieved with conventional rubber reducers, ceramic reducers are the absolute best solution.

Wear Indicator System
Wearmin’s Smart Hose Wear Indicator System has been designed and are used with Wearmin’s range of Rubber and Ceramic lined Materials Handling Hoses giving you peace of mind with reduced unplanned down-time and maintenance around your hose installations.
Wearmin’s Hose Wear Indicator System is a uniquely designed remote monitoring system where a wire coil is built into the construction of your Rubber or Ceramic Lined Material handling Hoses and an interchangeable Wear Indicator Box is connected to the hose.
This will alert your maintenance team via SMS/Email/Phone, that a hose inner liner (Rubber or Ceramic) has worn through, allowing for planned maintenance activities thereby eliminating the risk of unplanned plant shutdowns and unplanned hose replacements.
