Wearmin was formed as a result of the acquisition of the previously known FLSmidth Hose and Rubber division by Marius Snyman, Owner and Director of Wearmin Pty Ltd. The acquisition occurred in Q3 2024 and comprised the full business unit including staff and all product lines manufactured at their long-standing manufacturing facility at Carole Park, Queensland, Australia.
The team at Carole Park has over 200 years of combined Hose and Wear Protection application, design and manufacturing experience. With the acquisition our valued customers and suppliers will still be dealing with the same team, supplying the same service and products manufactured at the same facility, but with a new brand name.

The history of the business spans back to 1987 when Jet-Line Rubber was formed based out of South East Queensland. In 1997, CMI/Ludowici acquired Jet-Line Rubber with FLSmidth acquiring Ludowici in 2012 where it has remained since the acquisition by Wearmin in Q3 2024.

Marius has worked as the Manager for this business unit since 2018. He is passionate about Customer Service, Application solutions and Product design and Improvement.
Shivanesh (Shiv) Kumar – LinkedIn
Shiv covers the role of Operations Manager and has over 15 years of Production and Logistics experience and has been part of the team at Carole Park since 2017. Shiv is passionate about Customer Service, Team safety and Team development, Manufacturing Efficiency and Product Quality.
